Exciting Opportunity for Wildlife Biologists in Canada!
COSEWIC has released its 2026 Call for Bids for wildlife status reports - a key step in assessing and protecting species at risk across Canada. For birds, the call is for strong proposals for upcoming assessments of Baird’s Sparrow, Horned Lark, and Yellow-billed Loon, but expert proposals are being sought for other taxa as well. If you or your team has expertise in species biology, ecology, conservation, or systematic review, you are encouraged to consider submitting a bid.
